Welding:
Manual welding requires experienced workers, and the finished product is more likely to have variation in quality. If the welding robot is well adjusted, the quality will be more stable than manual welding. Our company now uses robot welding, there are currently 10 in total.
Good welding is done at once, so there will not be seam greater than 1mm. And fair welding will have break point. Whereas bad welding makes the seam too wide, they have to stuff iron in the side the seam and weld another layer outside. It is hard to tell from the appearance, but the integrity and strength of the finish product is totally different.
